SNARSKICIRCUSLINDYBAND

A lot has happened since Lindy Morrison [Go-Betweens] vowed never to see Rob Snarski [Blackeyed Susans] perform solo again. Morrison approached the singer-songwriter post show, having attended a liquid lunch and feeling a tad vulnerable—she berated him for embracing sadness and lacking up-tempo, finger-snapping, melodic numbers. En garde!

Not long after this altercation, the two began performing around the country in duo mode—before roping in ‘Evil’ Graham Lee [Triffids/pedal steel], Shane O’Mara [Rebecca’s Empire/Chris Wilson/Silversound] and lastly Dan Kelly [musical savant and nephew of Paul] to form ‘soooopergroup’... SnarskiCircusLindyBand!

In 2023 the band released their debut mini album Someone Said That Someone Said including the tracks Shane O’Mara Wore Mascara and Since I Slept With You Everybody Wants To Sleep With Me, gaining public radio support and a featured review in MOJO Magazine as well as sell-out shows for it’s launch across the country.

You’ll laugh, you’ll cry. Not for the faint-hearted but for the romantics, the readers, the writers, the displaced, the misfits, the fanatical, the lovers and the lost. Be there. SnarskiCircusLindyBand!!

Someone Said That Someone Said available on all streaming services and via MGM Distribution.
