The speakers:

Tobie Puttock is best known as the head chef of Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen. As an award-winning restaurateur he has authored 3 best-selling cookbooks and appeared in multiple TV shows, including Jamie's Kitchen, Tobie and Matt and My Kitchen Rules. 

Pauline Nguyen has overcome extreme adversity in her life. After escaping Vietnam on a boat at 4 years old, she now owns Red Lantern, the most awarded Vietnamese restaurant in the world. 

Amanda Stevens is a leading speaker on customer experience and the author of five best-selling books. She has dedicated nearly two decades to researching consumer behaviour. 

Justin Dry started wine website Vinomofo in a garage with his brother-in-law. In four years, the pair have transformed it into a multi-million dollar company with over 000 members.

Rob Cecconi has always believed that the small things in life make the biggest difference. After discovering a rundown hotel in Fiji, Rob bought it and turned it into a popular 5-star resort.

Sam Mutimer is the energetic and enthusiastic leader at Thinktank Social; Australia’s most obsessed social media agency. A regular TV, radio, digital and print media spokesperson, Sam will share how hospitality businesses can use social media to build a loyal tribe.

Matt Mullins is the co-owner of Sand Hill Road, a pub group that has owned and operated 8 Melbourne pubs since 1 including the Prahran Hotel and Richmond Club Hotel. He focuses on five key philosophies in all of his pubs: Laugh. Learn. Live. Love. Life. 

Rowena Carter is the executive HR consultant at The Lancemore Group and former head of HR for 8Hotels. She believes that a visionary leadership style is the key to a stronger performing business.

The master of ceremonies for the evening will be food writer and restaurant critic Leanne Clancey.
