As the latest band to break out from Melbourne's rich history of jangle and indie songwriting, Good Morning are seasoned at crafting melodic and melancholic guitar music.
After forming in high school and releasing a string of singles and EPs, they hit their stride in earnest in 2019. That year saw Good Morning come in hot, right off the top and release two understated and keenly observed albums, The Option and Basketball Breakups. Filled with classic quips and requited love songs, the records embrace a charming DIY ethos without banging on about it.
At MOS, Good Morning founding members Liam Parsons and Stefan Blair will perform stripped back sets in duo mode. Sounds like a Good Evening.
