What happens if I don’t provide my dietary preferences in time, or if I buy a ticket at the last minute?

Ticket buyers who purchase tickets to the Cloudstreet Experience fewer than 72 hours in advance will be offered a meal from a general, unallocated selection of meal options, availability of which cannot be guaranteed.

We’ll do everything we can to provide a meal to ticket buyers, and where a meal preference is not specified the ticket buyer will be provided with a vegan meal.

Can I bring my own food?

You are welcome to bring your own snacks to the Cloudstreet Experience, but please note that these snacks will need to be in a sealed container and we are unable to refrigerate or heat your meal onsite.

Please note that there is a local IGA supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance should you prefer to purchase alternative snacking options on the day you attend the performance.

What if I’m not hungry?

That’s perfectly fine. The meals are provided as a complimentary add-on to the cost of your ticket. You are welcome to make use of this interval break however you wish. Please note however that we cannot store your meal for later. Which brings us to the next point:

Can I take my food in the theatre if I don’t finish it?

Due to OHS restrictions, we are unable to permit unpackaged/unsealed food or hot drinks in the theatres.

We do permit cold drinks in the theatre, and we ask that you transfer them into a plastic container before entering the theatre.  Transfer stations are available near the entrance to each theatre.

What if I don’t like my meal, do I get a refund?

The meals are provided as a complimentary add-on to your ticket to the Cloudstreet Experience. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or discounts of a portion of the ticket cost if you do not like your meal, or if you elect not to take a meal. More about our refunds and exchanges policy can be accessed in the Terms and Conditions for the Cloudstreet Experience Meal Booking. Click Here.
