Malthouse Theatre makes work that fans the flames of radical culture, and the nature of devising theatre is that things can change right up until opening night. We update content information throughout the creation process and publish this on our dedicated Content Warnings page. If we feel that elements of a work may inhibit your or your students’ enjoyment of the experience, we will get in touch. We’ve also provided a Risk Assessment Guidance document to assist teachers prepare for excursions to our theatre.

Malthouse Theatre is strongly committed to the safety and well-being of all children that engage with our organisation by creating and maintaining a child safe environment. The welfare of children entrusted under our care is our first priority and we have zero tolerance for child abuse. Malthouse Theatre is compliant with the Victorian Child Safety Standards and has robust policies and procedures in place regarding child safety.
