Turbine Public Performance
Presented by Malthouse Prompt as part of Malthouse Theatre’s Award Winning Suitcase Series program

You can't stop progress, right? A loved one, a place, a memory, an icon, a way of life – when loss is inevitable, what do you hold on to? And how?

Turbine, by award winning playwright Dan Giovannoni, is a series of theatrical vignettes about people who are moving, but aren’t getting anywhere: a contemporary reflection on facing the challenge of climate change, through the five stages of grieving.

Paul Ashcroft (Edward II), Elizabeth Esguerra (Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again.) and Jodie Le Vesconte (My Darling Patricia) are directed by Janice Muller, Malthouse Theatre’s Director in Residence, in this new piece of Australian writing, showing for one night only.

Join us at a post show function in the foyer, following the show.
