Ticketing
Can I return or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, it may be possible to exchange your tickets for the same production on a different date. Exchanges, where permissible, are subject to conditions and fees. Please see our guide to Returns and Exchanges.
What time should I collect my tickets from the Box Office?
Tickets for all performances can be collected in advance, at any time, from the Box Office. On the day of the performance, we recommend collecting your tickets at least 30 minutes in advance of the show to avoid queues.
Do you offer discounted tickets?

Do you have gift vouchers available?
Yes. Hard copy gift vouchers are available from our Box Office, and digital gift vouchers are available on our website. For more information, visit our Gift Vouchers Guide.
How does the Flexi Date option work for Season Passes?
Simply choose the Flexi Date option when booking a Season Pass online or via the paper form for one or all of your desired productions in Season 2018. Your discounted price will be locked in for the shows you have selected. Subscribers who select a Flexi Date option will receive a reminder email to nominate a preferred performance date and time two weeks before Opening Night, or earlier if availability becomes limited for that production.
